CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy applies to all cancellations and rescheduling requests, regardless of the reason. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, a 50% no-show fee will be charged based on the scheduled service total. Emergencies: I understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and handled with discretion.
